Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including creating eye-catching displays and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Support the sales floor team in achieving sales targets, through effective product recommendations and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals, including participating in training and development programs.

Requirements:
  • Previous customer service or retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • A passion for fitness and wellness, with a desire to help others achieve their goals.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
