Head of Research 12 Month FTC

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Research to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our strategy team, you will be responsible for leading a mixed-method research team to deliver audience-focused insights on various campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a research team to deliver high-quality research insights
  • Lead the strategy team in applying behaviour change, human-centred design, and strategic thinking to our work
  • Conduct quality assurance for both teams, upskilling and integrating qualitative and human-centred design principles
  • Assist in mentoring and developing other team members

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience working in research and strategy roles
  • Solid knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research
  • Experience with behaviour change campaigns and social strategy
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to break down complex problems succinctly
