Corporate Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Compliance Program Administrator to join our team.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the compliance team to develop and implement effective compliance strategies.
As a key member of the compliance team, you will be responsible for managing and administering different parts of the company's compliance program, providing administrative assistance to the legal, ethics, and compliance team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective compliance strategies in collaboration with the compliance team.
- Manage the gift and entertainment register and provide regular reports on registry entries.
- Administer the compliance training program, including registrations into the online training platform and analysis of completion rates.
- Work closely with HR to complete compliance checks for new hires.
- Ensure the compliance document library is up to date and accessible to all relevant parties.
- Schedule compliance audits and reviews with business lines.
- Manage issues reported to the Acteon helpline and provide support to customers through the compliance helpdesk.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance actions and file due diligence reports from third-party providers.
- Assist in maintaining business partner and logistics partner lists.
- Manage the Compliance Intranet site and provide general administrative support to the compliance team.
We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
