Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Team Leader to join our Cooplands bakery team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with food preparation, store cleanliness, and serving customers.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure a high-performing team.
