About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our client's Oxfordshire region team. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects up to £15m across various sectors, including commercial, research and development, manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, and education.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing new build and refurbishment projects, with experience working for reputable Main Contractors. You should possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate site teams and drive project success.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

A strong background working for a reputable Main Contractor

Experience overseeing projects up to £15m across various sectors

New build and refurbishment experience

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Able to commute to and work in Oxford on a daily basis

What We Offer:

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary package, including a car allowance/bonus/package. The estimated salary for this role is around £62,000 - £67,000 per annum, depending on experience.
