Commercial Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Project Coordinator to join our client's commercial construction team in Oxford. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating commercial activities, developing project plans, and collaborating with senior quantity surveyors to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification, a minimum of 2 years' experience working for a reputable main contractor, and strong commercial awareness. You will be responsible for coordinating project budgets, schedules, and resources, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate commercial activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Develop project plans and collaborate with senior quantity surveyors.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified or HNC/HND in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working for a reputable main contractor.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
