The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained through effective person-centred care planning.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a mental health environment, with a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
  2. A QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification.
  3. Registration as a Registered Nurse (RMN or RGN) with a valid NMC registration.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
