About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Brainkind. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to our adult residents, helping them to achieve their rehabilitation goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to residents, helping them with daily living tasks and promoting independence
  • Develop and implement individual support plans to meet the needs and aspirations of each resident
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a high standard of care and rehabilitation
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
