We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
About the Role:
- You will work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
- You will provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities and administer medication as required.
- You will lead a team of Care Assistants, promoting a culture of excellence and ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained.
About You:
- You will have a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care and a background in person-centered care planning.
- You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families.
- You will be able to recognize signs of potential abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to report concerns.
