Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Analytics Manager to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving commercial value through improved sales and marketing efficiency by contributing to business performance analysis.

About the Role

  • You will partner with internal teams to optimize advert campaigns and ensure teams receive high-quality insights, putting you at the heart of our rapid growth into a billion-dollar global business.
  • This role is crucial to our marketing performance, driving insight to support investment decisions from a strategic level all the way through to a tactical level to deliver incremental ROI.
  • You will be the custodian for marketing data and help identify specific data needs of the business, working in a test and learn landscape to enable us to be at the forefront of evolving measurement techniques.
  • We operate in a fast-paced, agile working environment that creates opportunities for anyone who wants to enhance their skillset alongside the BAU activities.
  • The Hybrid working pattern features a minimum of three days a week at our global Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive data analysis and reporting to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing analytics and apply this knowledge to drive business growth.
  • Provide expert-level support for data visualization and dashboarding tools, such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement measurement frameworks for digital marketing investment.

Requirements

  • Excellent SQL skills combined with a comprehensive understanding of database structures.
  • Experience with various marketing attribution types (MMM, MTA, geo lift etc.).
  • Strong understanding of different marketing channels and their core KPIs.
  • In-depth understanding of statistical software, such as R or Python.
  • Experience across dashboarding tools, preferably Tableau or Looker.
