The Job

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing performance marketing campaigns across Google and Bing Ads. Your primary goal will be to accelerate growth across our brands by leveraging paid search strategies, including expanding into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns that drive results
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and deliver detailed performance reports
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet internal and external deadlines
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage resources and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital recruitment agency
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads, including PPC levers and ad optimization metrics
  • Ability to work with stakeholders and communicate effectively
  • Data-driven approach to marketing and ability to execute technical marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
