Job Title: Bar and Restaurant Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Hotel du Vin. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of hospitality professionals.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
