Job Description

The Asset Management Leader will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of asset management strategies that drive business growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and operations with a focus on asset management.

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an Asset Management Leader. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of asset management strategies across the organization. This includes designing and delivering financial models, conducting market analysis, and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Design and deliver financial models to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Oversee administrative activities including payroll, benefits, and employment law.
  • Anticipate and address business challenges and respond to stakeholder inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and operations with a focus on asset management.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial models and market analysis including local UK legislation.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and inform asset management strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
