Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Provide tailored support to meet individual client needs and goals
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma or certification in care-related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
