Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of financial transactions related to Corporate Parenting.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately manage Corporate Parenting financial transactions, ensuring timely payments to Providers and Carers.
2. Process and implement all necessary details for setting up Providers' and Carers' banking and payment information within the ERP and ContrOCC systems efficiently.
3. Assist Providers, Carers, and Corporate Parenting Managers in addressing and resolving inquiries regarding invoices and other payment types.
4. Ensure all documentation related to Direct Payments setup is collected and archived to maintain a proper audit trail.
5. Contribute to effective debt management strategies and provide financial assistance to budget holders as needed.

Candidate Requirements:
- Experience with the ContrOCC system is essential.
- Familiarity with Corporate Parenting processes is required.
- AAT Level 2 certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in the public sector is advantageous.
