About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sports Coach to join our team at Kings Camps. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy, fun, and inclusive sports sessions to children aged 5-17 years.

Your primary focus will be on creating a safe and engaging environment that encourages children to participate and develop their sporting skills. You will work closely with our Camp Manager and other coaches to ensure the smooth delivery of our programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality sports sessions to children aged 5-17 years
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
  • Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff to achieve programme goals
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months' experience working with children from 5-17 years
  • At least 3 months' experience coaching a sport or active games
  • Vibrant, resilient, and team-oriented individual
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Level 2 or higher qualification in Primary or Secondary Teaching, Sports Coaching, or Physical Education
  • Paediatric First Aid certification (training opportunities available)
