As a SEN Support Worker, you will be working closely with teachers and other professionals within the school, identifying gaps in children's learning and communicating effectively with the class teacher.
You will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a passion for education, which will enable you to deliver intervention sessions with small groups/1:1 children and create a stimulating and safe environment.
The ideal candidate will hold a Level 2 or above relevant qualification, have experience supporting children or young adults with SEMH needs, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
