Job Description:
A Manufacturing Programmer Role has become available at our client's engineering firm in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled CNC programmer to join a dynamic team and contribute to the production of high-quality products. As a CNC programmer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machining processes, operating CNC Milling machines, and collaborating with production staff to ensure efficient and effective production.

About the Job:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming and operation, with experience in Haas controls and MasterCAM software. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. In addition, you will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and optimize machining processes to improve efficiency and product quality
* Operate CNC Milling machines using Haas controls and MasterCAM software
* Collaborate with production staff to resolve issues and implement improvements
* Maintain accurate records of machining operations and results
