About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents
  • Coaching and guiding the care team to ensure excellent standards of care
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Monitoring and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our residents
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid NMC pin and registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience working in a care home or similar setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and support
