Job Summary:

CVS Group plc is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join its team. The successful candidate will support the Management Accounts Manager with the Group's management accounting processes and procedures.

Role Description:

This hybrid role involves working three days a week from our Support Office in Diss and two days a week from home. As a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in reviewing nominal ledgers, processing accounting transactions, and preparing monthly profit and loss accounts and balance sheets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review nominal ledgers and process accounting transactions to support the preparation of monthly profit and loss accounts and balance sheets
  • Continuous review of procedures to identify efficiencies and implement continuous change via providing support to the finance team.
  • Assisting the Management Accounts Manager in the control and reconciling of balance sheets and identifying and reporting on key movements in month and YTD
  • Seeking continuous development and improvement in client service and processes.
Requirements:
  • Essential Skills:
  • AAT Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
