Position Description
CNet Training, a world-leading education authority in the digital infrastructure industry, invites applications from accomplished professionals to fill the position of Education Program Leader. This key role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of academic structures to deliver high-quality education programs. We are looking for an outstanding individual with a proven track record in curriculum development, education partnerships, and team leadership.

Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and maintain academic structures for curriculum delivery, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage the admissions process, including academic interviews, assessment data accuracy, and student support
- Lead the recruitment and management of course delivery teams to enhance student engagement and tutor collaboration
- Foster strategic partnerships with educational institutions and stakeholders to promote collaborative growth

Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant subject area and a PGCert in Higher Education (or willingness to pursue this qualification)
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with experience in team leadership and partnership building
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, global environment

Estimated Salary Range:
$95,000 - $125,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
