Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Sports Coach to lead our sports coaching sessions for children aged 3-15 years. As a key member of our kids' program, you will be responsible for designing and delivering sports coaching sessions that are both fun and educational.

About the Team:

Our kids' program team is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for our young members to learn and develop their sporting skills. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for sports and education, and is committed to delivering high-quality coaching sessions.

About the Role:

As a Head Sports Coach, you will be responsible for leading our sports coaching sessions, mentoring our DL Kids Coaches, and contributing to the development of our kids' program through continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver sports coaching sessions for children aged 3-15 years.
  • Mentor our DL Kids Coaches to support and deliver quality sessions.
  • Work collaboratively with the kids' program team to develop and implement new initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of our kids' program through continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

  • You must be 18 or over and have a minimum level 1 coaching qualification.
  • A minimum of 1-year coaching experience within a school or sports environment is essential.
  • An enthusiastic team member who shows genuine passion when engaging with our members.
