About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our busy Finance Team. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing sales invoices daily
- Month-end processes, including financial maintenance and reconciliations
- Liaising with external auditors and processing their requests
- Producing reports using Excel
- Credit control and customer focus
About You:
- Ability to work under deadlines and with minimal supervision
- Effective planning and organization skills
- Strong written and persuasive communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced finance environment
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of Netsuite and Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial data analysis
- Knowledge of taking monthly accounts to P&L and trial balance
