About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our busy Finance Team. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing a high volume of sales invoices daily
- Month-end processes, including FA maintenance, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Liaising with and processing external auditor requests
- Producing various Excel-based reports
- Credit control and customer focus
About You:
- Ability to work to deadlines and meet expectations
- Effective planning and organizing skills
- Good persuasive and written communication skills
- Working independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Strong working knowledge of Netsuite and Microsoft Office
- Strong Excel experience
- Knowledge of taking monthly accounts to P&L and trial balance
- Experience working in a fast-paced finance office
