About the Role

Housing Support Workers play a vital role in helping young people experiencing homelessness in Cheshire. As a Housing Support Worker, you will work closely with young people to identify their needs and develop personalized support plans.

The role requires experience of multi-agency working, completing risk assessments, and providing support to young people to access welfare benefits and sustainable housing.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of safeguarding principles and the ability to manage lone working situations.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
