Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at TJX Companies, Inc. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other store managers and district managers to achieve business objectives
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail management experience
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
