Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for following training from senior engineers, operating factory machinery, and assembling finished products and parts. You will also have the opportunity to develop your technical skills and work with experienced engineers to produce high-quality machines.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have a graduate or HND qualification in an engineering field and be commutable to Kidderminster. You should also have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as a strong enthusiasm for learning and developing your skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, plus full in-house training from senior engineers. This includes comprehensive training on factory machinery, assembly of finished products and parts, and development of technical skills.
