About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Chartered Management Degree Apprentice. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine work experience with academic studies and gain a degree in Management from Manchester Metropolitan University.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of one or more processes across our operation
  • Lead a small team of up to 20 on your shift
  • Dedicate 20% of your working time to apprenticeship studies
  • Attend lectures at the University campus three times per year
Requirements
  • Two A-levels at grade C or above (or equivalent) plus a minimum of two years' experience working in a supervisory role
  • Have completed an apprenticeship below level 6
  • Be able to operate in a challenging and fast-paced environment
Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid time off.
