We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic to join our Department of Law as a Lecturer in Law. The successful candidate will contribute to the intellectual life and research culture of the Department and the University in their field of global criminology, state crime, and state violence and/or corporate violence.
The ideal candidate will have a PhD in a relevant field and a track-record of high-quality research commensurate to their career stage, including publications in national and international journals, with clear and ambitious plans for future research.
They will have experience of teaching at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level and an understanding of student support. A higher education teaching accreditation is desirable.
The successful candidate will be able to teach flexibly across the Department of Law's core undergraduate modules, as well as support teaching in Company Law, Intellectual Property Law and Competition Law.
