  • Providing residents with a warm, friendly, and healthy environment to live

As a Care Assistant, you will:

  • Ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting residents with daily living tasks
  • Support the training and supervision of junior staff members
  • Answer the nurse call system and respond to residents' needs
  • Report on residents' well-being and liaise with GPs and support managers
  • Deliver a high level of personal and psychological care to residents
