As a key member of our dedicated team at the NHS, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to coordinate the Medical Capital Equipment bid/request process. This critical role requires strong business/financial management and/or procurement practices and processes skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of the medical capital equipment programme within the allocated financial envelope. They will also assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence to quality standards and within deadlines.

Main Duties
  • Coordinate the Medical Capital Equipment bid/request process in conjunction with finance and procurement colleagues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Care Groups, ensuring contemporaneous tracking of status of actions and chasing of required actions for progress.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence to quality standards and within deadlines.
Person Specification
  1. GCSE English C and above.
  2. GCSE Science C and above.
  3. GCSE Maths C and above.
  4. Degree in Management or Business Administration fields, or able to demonstrate an equivalent level of administrative / management knowledge and theory.
  5. IT qualifications or equivalent level of experience.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
