About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced clinician to take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing clinical teams, assessing patients' health needs, and making decisions about diagnosis, treatment, and referral or discharge.

In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will also be expected to lead by example, promote best practice, and mentor junior staff members. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinician to grow professionally and personally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage clinical teams and make decisions about staffing and resource allocation.
  • Assess patient health needs and undertake consultations as an autonomous practitioner.
  • Making decisions about diagnosis, treatment, and referral or discharge.
  • Prescribe medication and refer patients to specialist services when necessary.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior clinical staff.
Requirements
  • A Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent).
  • Clinical skills qualification at degree level.
  • Evidence of completion of study in minor illness, injury, and paediatric minor illness/injury.
  • Independent prescriber status.
