Learning Disability Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Hayes Grove. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with learning disabilities and addiction issues.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective nursing care, ensuring consistently high standards of practice and clinical excellence.
- Coordinate the care given by colleagues, leading the delivery of comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, and evaluation.
- Supervise junior staff and students, promoting a safe and therapeutic working environment.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless care delivery.
- Registered nurse with active NMC PIN and a minimum of 6 months post-qualifying experience.
- Relevant clinical experience in learning disability and addiction nursing.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to ensure good practice.
