Job Title: Executive Director of Portfolio Management

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Portfolio Management to join our team at The Goddard School of Rochester Hills, MI. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management: Develop and implement portfolio management strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the Operational Excellence & Delivery Office, ensuring the delivery of strategic priorities, driving operational excellence, delivering ROI, and building capabilities across the business.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project teams, to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Governance: Support project approval governance, including Governance Board review, PCR management, and technology lifecycle alignment.
  • Business Case Development: Support business case development, including change requests and net new investment requests.
  • Portfolio Health Management: Manage portfolio health and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to stakeholders.
  • Communication: Manage communication between internal stakeholders, ensuring effective information sharing and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Professional experience in a CRO environment, ideally with exposure to global corporate CRO projects.
  • Skills: Excellent program/project management and control skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages, and aptitude to interface with all levels of staff.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a science-related field, management, or business administration, with an advanced technical degree or MBA desirable.
