Job Title: Financial Data Coordinator

The role of the Financial Data Coordinator is to assist in the day-to-day operations of the finance team. This includes answering supplier phone calls and emails, making supplier payments, processing daily invoices, and performing statement reconciliations.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is flexible, adaptable, and able to work as part of a team. They will have to be able to work using their own initiative and understand the value of teamwork. The ideal candidate will take pride in helping both team members, customers, and internal management.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Answering supplier phone calls and emails
  • Making supplier payments
  • Processing and scanning daily invoices
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Covering team member roles when required
  • Any general ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to work as part of a team, a positive and 'can do' attitude when dealing with colleagues, managers, directors, and suppliers, show willingness to embrace any challenge, have a flexible approach to work and be adaptable to thrive in a changing environment. You should also be computer literate and confident using technology, including good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £24,500 per annum, depending on experience.
