About the Role

Sellick Partnership Limited-In-House is currently seeking a highly skilled Construction Solicitor to join their in-house legal team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a Construction Solicitor looking to make the move in-house from Private Practice or a lawyer already in-house looking for a new challenge in a global construction company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and negotiating a wide range of contractual documentation with clients, sub-contractors, consultants relating to Construction Law including collateral warranties, framework agreements, joint venture agreements NEC and FIDIC
  • Providing legal advice across the business relating to construction matters
  • Working with external solicitors
  • Assisting with training and know-how within the business
