Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records, including day-to-day transactions.
- Process accounts receivable and payable, managing invoices, payments, and client accounts.
- Reconcile accounts to ensure alignment with company records.
- Manage payroll systems, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping practices.
- Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with VAT returns and payroll administration.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
