IT Business Analyst Trainee

The competitive apprenticeship salary will provide financial stability throughout the 2-year program, with flexible working hours between 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, and core hours of 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

This apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both IT Service and IT Project Delivery, rotating every six months. You'll play a key role in analysing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the implementation of impactful IT and business solutions.

1. Rotate between IT Service and IT Project Delivery roles every six months.
2. Analyse and document business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
3. Support the implementation and tracking of IT and business improvement projects as part of the PMO team.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements for projects and initiatives.
5. Participate in cyber security initiatives, including awareness campaigns and reporting.
6. Maintain accurate records of IT assets and compliance processes.

A strong interest in business analysis, IT, and technology is essential for success in this role. A Level 3 qualification + at least 12 months of work experience* or a business-related degree eg business, finance, economics, maths, etc. is required. Existing staff members with 2+ years of work experience** can also apply.
