Debt Recovery Field Agent Role
As a Debt Recovery Field Agent, you will be responsible for visiting clients' homes to discuss and make payment arrangements with customers who are in arrears. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis.

- Visiting clients' homes to discuss payment arrangements with customers in arrears
- Completing PDV/Warrant visits
- Providing excellent customer service skills to resolve customer queries and issues
Salaries and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a £25,200 basic starting salary, a £2,880 per annum car allowance, and eligibility for a bonus scheme. You will also receive 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, pension, and healthcare scheme.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a full UK driving license, full-time use of a car or van, and business use vehicle insurance. You will be available to work 7.5 hours per day between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, and occasionally between 9am and 4pm on Saturdays. You should be confident, reliable, and organised, with excellent spoken English and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
