The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. As a Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in leading our culinary team and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate our culinary team to deliver exceptional food and service
• Work closely with our Head Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and culinary concepts
• Ensure that our kitchen is a safe and efficient working environment
• Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff
• Contribute to the development of our menu and culinary offerings

About You
