Job Title: Psychology Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
About the Role:
We are seeking a Psychology Graduate to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work one-on-one with children presenting with Special Educational Needs, providing support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to children with SEN, helping them to develop their skills and confidence
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans
- Assist with lesson planning and preparation, ensuring that all materials and resources are accessible and engaging for children with SEN
- Monitor and record progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents
Requirements:
- Psychology Graduate degree or equivalent
- Experience working with children with SEN, either in a teaching or support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
