Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant with Psychology Graduate Qualification

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant with a Psychology Graduate qualification to join our team. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs in a secondary school setting.

Job Summary:
  • £96-110 Per day (Inclusive of Holiday Pay) | Paid via PAYE on a weekly basis
  • Long term contract until July 2025 with future opportunities in the following year
  • Working with children on their social skills and confidence in public settings
  • Working alongside the SENDCo to push students to their full potential
  • Minimum 2:1 degree in Psychology from a top 20 UK University
Job Description:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant with a Psychology Graduate qualification, you will be responsible for supporting students with SEN in their Maths, English, and Science lessons. You will work closely with the SENDCo to develop and implement strategies to support students with SEN, and provide individualized support to students as needed.

You will also be responsible for working with children on their social skills and confidence in public settings, and for providing support to students with SEN in a variety of settings, including classrooms, playgrounds, and other areas of the school.
