Client Director/Broker – Global Broking Centre – Marine Hull

We are seeking a Client Director/Broker to join our Marine Hull team based in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the account, collaborating with other team colleagues to achieve client retention objectives, new business development, and coordinating the marketing and negotiation of business within the Lloyd's and Company Markets.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office.

  • Client management and broking, serving a worldwide portfolio of clients produced on a wholesale and retail basis, including both renewals and new business.
  • Leading reviews of clients' risks and preparation of underwriting presentations.
  • Managing market relationships and developing new ones in support of the Marine broking strategy.
  • Working closely with Marine clients to ensure global best practices are achieved.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Excellent level of technical knowledge in Marine Hull & Builders Risks.
  • Ability to interpret and use data effectively.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and with network offices.
