Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Building Solutions Team at VINCI Facilities. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects across the South of England, ranging in values up to £10M.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects across the region within the defence sector
  • Provide project direction, focus, and consistency across the project
  • Manage regular interaction with clients
  • Manage the performance of sub-contracted delivery teams
  • Financial management of projects
  • Review project schedules and budgets
  • Set up and maintain the project risk and issues strategy and processes

Requirements

  • Proven project management experience
  • SMSTS & NEBOSH
  • NVQ Level 4 or above in Construction Management
  • Experience of managing commercial projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adept at managing costs and sub-contractor performance
