Job Title: Complex Care Assistant - Nights

Location: Radstock - BA3

Pay Rate: £14.85 per hour week night / £17.17 per hour weekend night

Main Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to a young man with learning difficulties and Cerebral Palsy. Your primary task will be to monitor his overnight needs, ensuring his comfort and safety.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar field is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driver's licence.
  • Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
