About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist Pharmacist to join our team in Frailty and Healthcare for Older People services. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Healthcare for Older People and Frailty Teams to provide Specialist Pharmacy input.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide Specialist Pharmacy input to support the delivery of high-quality care to older adults.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement pharmacy services that meet the needs of older adults.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to pharmacy services for older adults.
  • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to improve the care of older adults.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members.
