Brown & Brown is seeking a highly skilled Personal Lines Insurance Consultant to join our team. As a Personal Lines Insurance Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients to ensure the conversion of new business, service of existing accounts, and retention of renewals to achieve company income targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and deliver against agreed Renewal Retention or New Business Targets, contributing towards the team's overall targets & KPI's.
- Conduct thorough pre-renewal reviews with clients annually to ensure they are receiving the most suitable policy and product.
- Invite all Personal Lines policies in a timely manner, in line with our operational guidance.
- Ensure policies are renewed on or before the renewal date.
- Manage and prioritize tasks to keep them up to date and not overdue.
- Identify and discuss cross-sell opportunities with clients.
- Adhere to our Training & Competency scheme and pass audits.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance covering Motor and/or Household risks.
- Insurance experience of handling new enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
- Good knowledge of the Personal Lines Marketplace.
- Ability to identify the best policy to meet clients' needs.
- Ability to take responsibility for own performance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
