We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the energy transition to net zero. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for the set-up, management, and delivery of projects within our Industrial and Commercial (I&C) Pillar.

This role offers a great opportunity to work with various stakeholders across the business and provides a hybrid working approach, where you'll be working in the office (Solihull) 2-3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive allocated I&C projects through to implementation, delivering to high quality standards within the agreed governance framework.
  • Provide expert guidance to the project team to support the improved delivery of change.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, including formal initiation and closure of the assigned project.
  • Oversee the necessary commercial arrangements required for third-party providers and necessary approvals and governance.
  • Define and agree budget, gain budget approval via company procedures, forecast, track, and report costs and benefits to ensure delivery to approved budget.
  • Own and manage all relevant stakeholders of the project and keep them informed and engaged.
  • Lead multi-functional project teams, matrix-managed reports, and third-party solution partners, coaching for success to enable teams to grow and develop.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated track record of enhancing performance through effective leadership, empowerment, and personal growth in a challenging environment.
  • Proficiency in influencing key stakeholders at various levels within the organization, fostering comprehension of intricate matters and providing clear and definitive guidance.
  • Extensive expertise and hands-on experience with Business Analysis tools and techniques across multiple delivery methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
