We are seeking an experienced Air Freight Import Operator to join our team at WR Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day air freight import operations, from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage air freight import operations, ensuring timely and efficient processing of shipments
* Liaise with international air freight agents, airline operators, and brokers to ensure smooth logistics operations
* Negotiate with suppliers and clients to procure and present air freight pricing solutions
* Monitor transports to ensure all are running to schedule
* Provide exceptional customer service

**Requirements:**

* Essential experience in air freight operations and import operations
* Desirable experience in time-critical logistics and customs knowledge
