We are seeking a highly motivated Caregiver Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Oldham. This is a unique opportunity to support individuals with disabilities in their daily lives and foster their personal growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide personalized support in daily living activities, promoting independence and autonomy.
- Develop and implement customized care plans to address the unique needs of each service user.
- Facilitate social and community outings to encourage engagement and connection.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or social work is preferred.
- Previous experience in supporting individuals with disabilities is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and empathy skills, with a patient and understanding approach.
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
